@Kkrause : If you want to order a mobile phone or SIM contract,  don't login to your MyEE before going to the EE Shop. It expects you to already have an EE mobile phone or SIM contract.

You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

@Kkrause   What are you trying to purchase?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
