Waited the 14 to 30 day period for my digital prepaid card and at still nothing.

Been in touch numerous times and just keep getting told to wait.

It seems you have ordered an eligible device within the offer period. Now that it's been over 30 days, I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can look into it for you.

Please try us again to see if this can be looked into further for you with the rewards team who send the texts for the card.

The rewards team say they can’t do anything till I receive my invite text/email and to contact ee which I have done numerous times and get no answers every time and just to wait a few more days.
