hi, I applied 4-5 days ago for 2 SIM with monthly payment, I received an email that the order was successful, I also have the number xkoxxxxxxxxx, I kept waiting and I did not receive any mail, message, or anything by delivery and I want to know what's going on happens, if I don't receive at least an email or a message

SIM orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive by Royal Mail. 

If you would like to check the orders, please call us on 0800 956 6000 and the team will get this looked into for you.
