hi, i really need help. today i broke my phone so i decided to get a new contract with ee for 30 pounds today and then 50 or something everymonth. i did all the steps, billing, address etc.. and when i confirmed it on my bank i was charged the 30 pounds. issue is it automatically took my back to the check out screen and the contract was still in my bag and it was asking to do all the details again. i havnt got a confirmation email or anything and on my bank it says a recurring payment of 30 pounds set up to ee not the 50 something its supposed to be? please help i cannot get in touch with ee support because they dont accept calls from non ee phones
