Hi I’ve upgraded and my phone should have arrived today with dpd but it hasn’t and they are now saying they will deliver on Monday but I won’t be in that’s why I have waited a week and paid for Saturday delivery can you help

Unfortunately this is not customer service and there is no account access here.
Did you actually receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one today with a one hour window? You should have received notification from DPD, if that was not the case, then it would not have been delivered, as when you receive notification, you should be able to change the day of delivery and time, if it is not agreeable.
I would suggest ringing customer service and speaking to them, as they are able to look into this for you.
