I placed my sim only order (ref: xkoXXXXXXXXX on 25th Nov and still not received today!! I try to track my order and couldn’t see any details. Rang up the hotline and the CS couldn’t shed more lights in my case as well. Anyone knows what’s wrong with the delay? I really need my sim soon!!!!

It could be delayed through the postal system. If you pop into your nearest EE store, they may be able to give you a replacement.
