please somebody help.......i did not recieve email with tracking number.....i managed to rebook delivery on my old phone before it went off.......they failed to deliver...no card nothing....i am housebound and zero support......so i cannot call any numbers and there isnt an email....i have made complaint today as first payment has left my account.....ALL I NEED IS THE TRACKING NUMBER TO REARRANGE ONLINE.....service is disgusting....so i am now(apart from PC) totally isolated....why send tracking details to a phone number the customer is likely to cancel?????

I am very sorry to hear you have not received your phone.
How long ago did you change the delivery with DPD?
Have you tried downloading the DPD app and using either the email address you used or mobile number as the tracking number with the postcode to see if there DPD have a delivery scheduled?

It sounds like you may need to speak with our Mobile Care team so they can look into what has happened with the delivery. Could you try giving us a call through a VoIP service, such as Skype?
