I ordered a pixel 7 pro on the 16/7 over the phone, on an upgrade. I can see that upgrading is no longer available on the ee website, I have had no email confirmation, I have checked my spam. ( was told delivery would take 7 days) , is there a away to track?

Hey there best option is to download the DPD app using same email address and phone number you used to make you’re order . You’re more likely to find out about your delivery from DPD than you are from EE in my experience. Also you could ring CS and ask them how the order is going . Thanks
