I ordered the phone a week ago. I have only received the order confirmation. The phone was supposed to be delivered the next day. My tracking is not working

Hi. I upgraded to my new phone on July 7th approved to receive it the next business day. Unfortunately, to my surprise, I only received an email confirming my order because tracking is not working. It's been a week now and I haven't had any updates by email or text. The money was immediately taken from my account. I'm concerned.

The current guidance is showing 'Usually despatched within 7 days' 

Once the order has been dispatched DPD will be in touch to arrange delivery.

When I order on the EE website it was available even the next day. Unfortunately, I still don't have it.

Thank you for your reply, but it does not comfort me because today is the 8th day that I ordered it. I'm afraid because I'm going on vacation on Saturday and I won't be able to pick him up if he doesn't arrive by then. I ordered it now only because it was available right away so as not to be disappointed.
