ee taking payment then refusing

Did an online application, good price, upfront fee 30 pound taken, email recieved saying discuss further , upon call ee saying credit rating is poor and would have to pay 15 more plus 150 pound security, all my credit is at the highest you can get, contacted disputes, rejected, still have my money, messed about, cancelled order, not interested now in ee.
