Hey everyone.
Looking for a bit of advice.
I ordered a 2nd SIM this afternoon and asked for an eSIM with the order. The guide advised this would be fine. Order was put through and I received an order confirmation that advises
"If you’re receiving a new SIM, this will be delivered by Royal Mail within 2-3 working days. It may take a little longer if it falls on a weekend or public holiday."
I questioned this before I ended the chat and was advised that a further email would come through shortly with the QR code.... which it hasn't.
I'm starting to think that I've been fobbed off and it's been ordered incorrectly?

If you've ordered an eSIM for a SIM only plan with us, you'll be able to download your eSIM by logging in to EE. Instructions on this should be in your confirmation email.

There is nothing in my confirmation email about an eSIM just delivery by Royal Mail.
I specifically asked for an eSIM and was told that was the case and an email would be delivered shortly after.

If you login to the EE app, do you get shown anything about downloading the eSIM?
