Hi
A DPD driver wouldn't give me my new phone without a 4 digit pin but I've not received any texts or emails from them in regards to any pin.
I've also tried the DPD app but it wants to send a 6 digit pin for verification but I never receive that text either.
Please help thanks.

I'd recommend reaching out to our team, either on 150 or over chat, and they can double check the contact number you have set up, and when DPD will re-attempt delivery.

@angelkins if you don’t have the pin code, then you could try calling customer services, but check your spam email folder just in case it ended up there

I contacted EE and DPD who were both blaming each other. Was about to give up when coincidentally a load of texts came through from DPD after I'd called with a 4 digit pin so fingers crossed I will receive one before redelivery tomorrow
