Samsung fold

I ordered this phone for pre-order Samsung fold 6 in store (Longbridge) , I got it released on the 19th July and was told that I would get the ear buds and we asked to make sure, I phoned EE yesterday and was told that we are not getting them and to talk to the Longbridge store so we phone them and they have lied to me saying that pre-orders don't get them and they never said it to us. This is why I will be leaving EE as they are robbing people and lying to people. I have been a loyal customer for soo many years to be paid back by lying to customers to get orders.  I know you will say I will get them but when spoke to EE they tolded me nothing on my account so I will not be getting them. This is the last time with EE getting a worse company

@Rachy199   Pre orders do get them as that what’s was offered at the time.   It doesn’t matter if this is as a store sale or online/phone sale the offer was there when you made that pre-order.  

This is what was said if you pre-ordered online.

This basically. Do you have a receipt of any kind to prove when you ordered it? There may be some confusion over the fact the Buds have been delayed due to Manufacturing issues, rather then not getting them at all, you're just likely to get them late August (Rumoured)
