Already talked with 150 but it's becoming ridiculous

I have placed an order for a SIM plan 2 weeks ago. No SIM received yet. Once called the 150 I have been told the SIM should have arrived by today (no reason for the big delay has been provided). Today I called again and the person I talked with didn't know what to say. 

The SIM is not only yet to arrive (after 15 days) but It looks like I am going to be billed from the 23rd July for a service that I can't use because my SIM has not been delivered yet. 

Apart calling again the 150 and hoping to talk with somebody competent, is there any other number I could call?

Welcome to the community,

If you could go to an EE high street store taking a photo ID with you, you would be able to get a SIM card from there.

There is no other phone number than the one you have rung. Not sure why you have not received your SIM card yet, as they are sent out via second class post.
