Welcome to the community,
Have you ordered a phone or SIM card or both? Moved from another network?
If you have, then you will receive device via DPD, you will receive notification the day before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
Sim cards are sent out via second class post.
Account issues need to be discussed with customer service as there is no account access here and we have no idea who you are. Hope this helps, anything else we can help you with, please continue in this thread.
