delivery update

I ordered the iphone 15 pro max white 256GB on tuesday 21st of november. when i ordered the phone, it said it’s usually despatched within 14 days and now it’s changed to despatched within 7 days. Since i ordered it before it changed then does that mean started from the 21st it will despatch within 7 days? Please could i get an update on where my iphone is and when i’m supposed to be expecting it.

@6grl  If it’s now down to 7 days on the waiting time you should expect it very soon, ie in the next 5 days. 
You’ll have to speak with customer service to get more information on your order.

Hi, i know because when you go to order the phone, it should say when it usually despatches and when i ordered mine it said the white one usually despatches within 14 days but today i checked and it said 7.
