confirmation of cancelled order

Hello,

i have cancelled my order pay monthly by phone and no confirmation email has received yet. The agent said that you will receive the email in 10-15 minutes but nothing until now. How would i know the status of cancelled order??

@Lins1234  Have you checked your spam folder ?  If nothing arrives you’ll need to call again to check it’s been done.
