I had a call from EE you require more info to process my order xxxxxxxxxxxx.Sorry but signal is too poor to phone,you will need to email to ,so i can reply with info you require.i need internet,as i only hve my phone with mobile data.please sort asap.please do not try phoning as signal is too bad here.thank you.Ian

Oh dear not good,so no online chat,send emails I cant reply to.cant use my phone due to poor EE signal.No info of what EE require from me.
I think this a waste of time.Please cancel the order.I will go elsewhere,I only moved to this property a week ago and am stressed out enough! EE need to do more abt there comunication and less obsession with phones all the time.

You can contact EE on 0800 0798586 from any working phone, or use WiFi-calling if you're able to do so.
Were you aware of poor coverage when you viewed your new property?
