Wrong delivery address on order even though I changed it to the new one

I placed an order for an iPad Air earlier and changed the billing / delivery address to my new one, but after placing the order I noticed it had changed back to the old address.

I called 150 and they changed my address in the system but said I needed to speak to Digital Sales to change the order address, so put me in hold.

I was on hold for over an hour before the phone cut off saying their office was closed… I feel like tomorrow will be too late to change it, what am I meant to do as the queue was supposed to be 30 mins but no one answered me!

Hi @ZombieRodeo It's great news to hear that you've placed an order for an iPad with us, I'm a big fan of Apple products myself.

 

If the order has been passed to DPD, We'd need to get in touch with them to change the delivery address for you.

 

I'd recommend giving us a call by dialling 150 from an EE phone, or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You'll need to speak with our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to check the order and update the address for you if possible.
