Wrong date of birth

Hi Dear

We just did order a phone online and there is an error so we need to call ee but we cant pass the security as some how we give a wrong date of birth. what we can do with this?

Are you near an EE Store? If you pop in with photo ID, they can try and update the details so that they show correctly for you.
