Wrong Colour

I got a call about an upgrade a few days ago, the new phone and watch have arrived but they’re both the wrong colour. Both should be black but both have come in white/ cream including the watch strap. I don’t mind the phone as it’ll have a case on anyway but I can’t wear the watch, the office has shut what should I do?

@TjStores101  EE wouldn’t have called you.   A 3rd party seller might of.   A scammer would definitely call you.     And customer support are open till 9pm midweek.   You call them on the number below.
