I’m a month away from being at the end of a 24 month contract and want to upgrade to an iPhone 15. Why am I only being offered flex pay? I don’t want two seperate direct debits. I want one bill like I’ve had for the last 4yrs with EE

@Starsky3651 then you need to call customer services and tell them that this is what you want at present online.you can only take out a flex pay tariff.

Hey there if I’m correct though flex pay may have 2 direct debits, one for phone and 1 for airtime plan but when April comes round and they put there prices up by inflation and 3.9% or whatever it is. I’m sure with flex pay only the airtime part of you’re contract will go up and you’re phone contract will stay same for the duration. Where if you have 1 contract for both then your price increase could be substantially a lot more. Hopefully someone can confirm if I’m correct or not

You are right I was informed this to be honest but I’m very old school with these things and although maybe more with increase I know where I am with one debit going out been doing this with EE and orange since 2008 😂
