I ordered a new phone and upgraded my monthly package but despite getting an email telling me my new device is covered by a warranty I have received no other confirmation of the order and when I try to track it with an order number I am told there is no order. There is no where to check “orders” on the app (as far as I can see) so how do I find out if the phone is actually ordered? Thank you
