Where’s my order?

I upgraded using the EE app.
Got confirmation via email about the order.
Since then,no information on the account,online and can’t even get through to EE.
EE tracking says dispatched,have no details on any of it.
What do I do?

Depending on your order it will be sent by DPD. I would suggest downloading their app and they will text when your order is due.
