Where's my order?

I ordered a new phone around 13 days ago and I haven't even had any update on where it is considering it said 7 days as its the Samsund Flip in Lavender. I keep getting phone calls from what looks like a spam number but I think it's be EE and they only ring when I'm in work, although I can't answer when I'm in work I'm terrified of phone calls anyway and the live chat doesn't seem to exist anymore. How am I supposed to find out what's going on with my new phone?

The only email I've had is to confirm my order which was the day I ordered it.

This is currently showing expected dispatch within 7 days.

 

Have you downloaded the DPD app and use the email address and postcode to see if they have any deliveries scheduled?

I've been using EE's order tracker and it's not even been dispatched yet so never thought to use DPD's app. Is there any other way to chat to someone regarding my order other than 150 as I hate talking on the phone. I appreciate all your help @Leanne_T
