I got a letter that my sim card has arrived and I did not see any sim card package enclosed with the letter. The letter I got is to indicate the payment without receiving my sim card. I order the sim since 4th June and am yet to receive the sim card.

@kukuO1606 , SIM cards are sent via second hand post, but you should have received it by now. You may have to ring customer service, or if you are near an EE store, you could pop in there and they can supply you with one, as that does seem strange, as the sim card should arrive with the letter. Just wondering, was this an upgrade or are you a new customer and this is why they were sending you a SIM card?

How can EE send letter indicating monthly contract payment without including the sim card itself. Am confused 😕. Am just a new subscriber and am experiencing this as a start. Woeful!!!
