Hello,
I placed an order for a SIM card on 04 June 2026.
And I still haven’t received it.
I have paid for the SIM card but have not yet received it.
I have been calling customer services but only get an automated message and cannot get a response; neither the automated message nor a member of staff is helping me.
Because of you, I am forced to use a low-quality SIM card.
Where is my SIM card?
I am awaiting an urgent response and would like information on its whereabouts and when it will arrive.

SIMs are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class post. With the w/end you should be receiving it any min. now.

Thanks for the information, but is there at least a tracking number I can use to track it via Royal Mail? Because most parcels usually have a tracking number, but I just wanted to check.
