Where is my order

I placed an order and I haven't received my phone, but payment was taken? Iv tried tracking it, bit it just says unavailable to track

What phone did you order and when? The upfront payment is taken straight away.

You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
