Where is my order?

I ordered a new phone on 20/11/22. The woman on the phone said it should be delivered the next day. It’s now been 5 days and there’s still now sign of it. When I look on the tracking it’s just saying it’s been dispatched?

I ordered mine on 20/10, try waiting 5 weeks with no feedback except it’s on its way!!!!!!!
