bought PAYG sim card online back on 17th June, still waiting for it to turn up. "the UK's No. 1 network"? not really.

These are sent via the post office, likely lost after all this time.
You can pick a SIM up from supermarkets/EE store or try ordering again.

Ok, so how do I get a refund on what I've already spent or a new sim sent linked to what i've already paid?

If you purchased a pack for the SIM, please call us on 0800 956 6000 and the team will check the order and send another SIM card for you with the same number that was issued and pack 🙂
