Hi guys, me again. Apologies for all the questions
So today I ordered my first ever pay monthly phone ( Galaxy S25 Ultra ) . I'm just curious as to when it will arrive as I placed the order online
It says that it will arrive within 2 working days if ordered before 5pm. I believe though that the phone isn't released until Friday 7th February. Does that mean the phone will arrive on the release date, or will it arrive within 2 working days from the 7th February?
Also, I recieved a confirmation email that was labelled " Your EE order - Please call us to discuss ". Do I have to give them a call in order to progress the order or does it mean call them if I have any issues?

@Mfortune86 Your order will not go through if you do not give EE a call, that is why they have asked to discuss this when customer service is open.
Once your order goes through, you will receive notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

Hello, I ordered a Galaxy S25 Ultra 1TB in the store on 02/08/2025. The store said it would arrive in 1 business day. Today is 02/12/2025 and there has been no response from my order. What is happening and what should I do?

Welcome to the community,
You will have to speak to the store you ordered it from and see what is going on. We have no account access here and neither do the staff have access to high street store, that is down to you to contact the relevant store.

Thanks for confirming that @Sorin93.
If the store ordered it directly for you to collect in-branch, it's not something we would be able to track from our end.
Our store finder should have all the details you need to contact your local branch though, so if you give them a call they'll be able to confirm if it has arrived.
