What a joke, i ordered a new line & EE messed up the address when passing delivery address to DPD & now 2 deliveries attempts have failed because the DPD system pin placement of the address is wrong to my location.
I am now being told that they cant amend a delivery address to prevent fraudulent deliveries.
They have even asked if I can go to the pinned delivery address & wait for it.

Good afternoon @AMew2065, welcome back to the Community.
Very occasionally when an address is passed from our system to DPD, if there's a difference in formatting some details can be missed off such as a building name or street number.
When this is the case it's normally possible for our Supply Chain team to amend the order and then rearrange the date, but it depends on if the item is still with DPD or on its way back to us.
If the actual address is incorrect, this could be an issue with the information on your account and we may need to update this before placing any further orders.
We don't have access to accounts via the Community to check this directly, but if you get back in touch with our team, they'll be able to check over all the details.

Hi @Peter_W ,
thank you for responding, at 1st the person I spoke to on live chat reckoned I must of put the wrong address, which I didn’t, the 1st line of address which is a business address was completely missed off of the info sent to DPD. I’ve also been told that because it’s a new line that the address cannot be amended & that I could resolve EE own mistake by going to where the delivery pin was showing & wait for the delivery

Also they tried getting my to send a screen shot of my order confirmation which you are unable to do. They said they couldn’t amend the delivery address to prevent a fraudulent delivery happening

Thanks for explaining all of that for me, @AMew2065, were you advised on what the next steps would be for this delivery?
As this is a new order it may be a bit different, but I certainly want to make sure we help point you in the right direction for getting things resolved.
Peter
