Watch upgrade

Hiya,

I ordered an upgrade on my watch ‘line’ on 19th September with order number xk********** but haven’t heard anything since except for the thank you for your order email etc.

Then yesterday Sunday 21st September I received a knock on my door from dpd, with a delivery for myself, the courier kept asking for the pin which I had not received because I hadnt received any texts or emails since I placed the order! With this being the case, the courier unfortunately wouldn’t give me the parcel and walked away with my delivery and hasn’t attempted to deliver it again since as far as I’m aware! I’ve looked on the track my device page and it did manage to bring it up and it says it has been dispatched. 

Can someone please advise what I should do next?

I'm sorry to hear that the delivery was unsuccessful. I recommend speaking with our Customer Support team, so they can check the contact information on your delivery, to make sure the PIN is being sent to the correct number.

They'll be able to give you some advice on the next steps, to make sure you receive your watch.

@Lauren-66 , you should have received a PIN number from DPD, if you download and install the DPD app with the same information as EE have, that is where you will receive notification from DPD including when delivery and time etc.
