Placed an order last night and recieved a text this morning saying there was an issue with the order and gave me a link to speak to someone on live chat been waiting for 5 hours to speak to someone still nobody has responded, I can’t phone up as my phone is broken that’s why I am requesting a new one.
does anybody know how I can sort this and does this text mean my order will not go through?

We have no way of knowing as this is a public forum with no account access, you would have to speak to them using another phone or a web based app. Staff are probably busy with customers on the phone.
