Hey all i ordered my Mrs new iPhone 17 pro max took a week but mines been 2 weeks so far and no order number or anything so cant track it mines a iPhone 17 pro max sliver

Great choice of phone there, I love the look of the new iPhone 17 Pro Max.

Delivery times can vary depending on the model, colour and memory size that you chose.

If you let me know which version you went for, I can take a look at our stock page and give you an idea of the wait time.

I've just checked our stock page, and it states that there was an estimated wait time of 14 days from when you ordered the device.

Although we aim to get the phone to you within the estimated time range, there may be times when the wait time is longer than expected.

We'll try to get the phone out to you as soon as we can.

If you'd like a specific update on your order, you can give us a call and a guide can then take some details and get access to your account.

Would call but been deaf would make it hard 😂 even tried to speak to somebody on ee chat in the help part but never get to speak to someone real

Just want to know what’s happening that’s all ordered mine on the 6th why can’t EE  have like a text or whatapps for the hard of hearing if I can remember t mobile was the only one back then who had something like that even had a special traff for us any problems I could text them and they would sort it out for me
