I ordered my upgrade on Monday 31st July I received my confirmation email but after 5 days I still haven't heard in regards to when it will actually be delivered and it cannot be tracked yet. I cannot get through to anyone on the phone as constantly on hold.

I've had a check and the current estimated delivery timescale for that model is to expect dispatch within 7 days. Hopefully you hear from our courier company soon. Thanks for your patience so far.

I still have heard nothing in regards to my phone but now my plan has changed over to my new one even though I do not have the new handset. I was told by customer services that the handset was due for delivery today but I have had nothing and still cannot track it online.

Hi @VikF,
You plan change indicates that your phone has been dispatched.
You'll receive a text message with tracking details from DPD as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.
You can also register your details with the DPD app to receive notifications from them.
