Hello,

I have received text message from EE but I didn't hear anything since: 

Hi from EE. We're sorry, there's been a problem with your order XKO....... and there may be a delay. Don't worry, we'll let you know when your order is on its way so there's no need to call us. Thanks.

I find it odd we are encouraged to upgrade and when we do it...no phone

@FabiaQuintal05 , unfortunately there is nothing we can do here, we have no account access and do not know who you are, your best bet is to ring customer service and speak to them.

What did you order, size, colour and storage size, maybe one of the staff can then find out if the delay is due to not having the item in stock?
