I ordered a contract phone around a week ago from the ee site , everything was fine order was being delivered to me , until i got a txt from EE Saying i had to get in touch with them regarding details , it took me 2 days of repeat phoning ee phone lines what would happen is the first call centre everything would work fine but each time they transferred me into another queue , i would wait 5 minute and then call would drop i spent 2 days doing this as not 1 single person would call me back, eventually i got a hold of someone and they told me i had to go in store and show documents which was fair enough , me and my partner took a 20 minute drive to closest store showed my documents to shop manager and passed identity checks and was told my phone would be with me within 24-48 hours , 3 days passed my phone was still with dpd at depot , so started trying to get a hold of them again for another whole day! Ended up giving in and went another 20 minute drive to store only to be told the EE cancelled that contract the last time i was there and that i had to reorder it , but i was not told this the manager called for me and made sure my package was coming , it has been nothing but a complete mess about , really unorganised and the fact the only way you can get a hold of EE is with numbers and driving to stores cant send emails or anything , has been the worst purchase and phone company dealing of my entire existence!!!

Hi @StuM9876
I'm so sorry to hear about your recent experience, and I know how disappointed you'll be feeling about this whole thing.
This really isn't our standard at all! When calling us or visiting one of our stores, the process should be straightforward, and you should have all your queries answered.
Whilst I hope you received an explanation of how this has all happened, if you haven't, I would advise you to reach out so we can delve into this further for you.
I understand you may not want to call us, so I would suggest filling out our complaints web form.
I'm really confident we can put things right, and I do hope you'll consider joining us for your services.
