SIM only - hasn't arrived

I ordered a pay monthly SIM card on Monday 12th August.  I received an email saying my order was being processed but I have had nothing since.  How can I find out if the order has gone through?  I have tried phoning 07953 966150 but none of the options are suitable.  I am also worried because I have given my PAC code to port my number - I don't want to end up without a phone.

@JGT1 when you receive the EE sim it’ll have a temporary number on it and your number will not be ported until you activate that sim then it’ll take up to 24 hours to migrate across.    This migration doesn’t happen over the weekend so if you get the sim tomorrow it’ll not happen until Tuesday.   

Sim cars are sent out Royal Mail 2nd class and to be honest I’m surprised you didn’t receive it today.  Fingers crossed you get it tomorrow.  If you do want to speak with customer service about this just select an option that’s closest to your needs .
