Omg this is the worst customer service ever, over an hour trying to speak to someone and at the end I've gave up and my problem hasn't been solved.

Well after that I have placed an order for a new phone, I have received an email from them asking me to call them regarding my order. So I actually don't know what the issue is and as I said before I couldn't reached them on the phone. 😩

AS they asked to speak to you, you need to call them if you want your order to progress.

@Kjff , If EE cannot answer after a specific time, hang up, try again at a different time, as they are very busy answering other calls, as the new IPhone has come out.

Not sure why you are not able o speak someone, try pressing 1 then 2 then whatever number afterwards, you should not have to wait more than 30 minutes, possibly less.
