On the 18/09/22 I ordered a good as new Galaxy watch4 classic on an early upgrade. Although I've had an order acknowledgement the money was taken out of my account today but no receipt or delivery notification. Order tracking hasn't found it so how do I find out what's going on?

@Saul3 , you will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one the day of delivery with a one hour window.

Hi I got my Galaxy 4 classic today and have been trying to get it set up since around 1030 this morning! Long story short I've only just found out that EE has been aware of a problem downloading the customer mobile plan and the watch not updating since the first of September. I can understand that EE would want to sell as many watches as they can BUT isn't this a bit naughty? I'd rather not return the watch due to the problems I had trying to get it delivered but how about a gesture from EE?
