Upgrading phone

I went through the app and chose my upgrade, I had an order confirmation email but nothing further. 
I can’t track my order as it says it’s unable to do so.. has anyone else experienced this?

When did you place the order? What phone did you order?

Thanks for replying! 
I placed the order on Friday afternoon, it stated on the app that the phone (Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra) was in stock and usually dispatched within 1 working day, 

i have been with EE for a long time and never had any issues previously. 

like I mentioned I have been given an order number but unable to access any tracking for some reason.

I have that one still showing in stock at my side as well.

If you ordered it on Friday, I would have expected you to have heard something by now so I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer service guides, so they can bring up your account and check the order.
