Hi There,
On the 17th I upgraded to the Oppo N2 Flip which releases tomorrow, the new plan hasn't been added to my account and I have no updates if it's being delivered this week.
I have also recieved a message that if I don't send my previous phone back by the 4th March I will be charged £495.
Am I supposed to get an update on my order? I don't want to be without a phone whilst waiting for one to come as I use this for work.

Thanks for upgrading with us.
Once your phone is processed and ready for delivery you will be notified and your plan will update.
You will not be required to send your old handset back till you have received your upgrade.
I would recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can make note of this on your account to avoid any charges. The team will also be able to provide you with an update on your upgrade.
