Ordered a new phone on 07/01/2926, still hasn’t been dispatched? The email says estimated delivery date 14/01/2026 but still haven’t received any tracking code from DPD.

We can't see individual orders @Sophie_Bynam, but if you ordered the silver version, the expected timescale was 14 days when you ordered on the 7th January.

As mentioned above, the stock is showing orders are cleared up to yesterday so I would recommend calling our guides again so they can view your account and order and discuss with you.

I’ve just spoke with one of my work colleagues and she ordered the same as us - IPhone 17 pro max , 256gb , silver with O2 and got it next day delivery ?? Surely all phone providers in the UK receive stock at the same time. Seems weird that O2 can do 17pro Max as next day but EE can’t because of ‘backlog.’ 😭

I rang up yesterday and they told me on 21st or before it should be delivered

that is so confusing as he said outstanding orders were cleared yesterday??? why are ee so useless they used to be good

I ended up cancelling with EE I ordered it on the 2nd and still not heard anything just got told it could be an extra 21 days. I’ve got it coming tomorrow now with Tesco and a much better deal!
