Ordered a new phone on 07/01/2926, still hasn’t been dispatched? The email says estimated delivery date 14/01/2026 but still haven’t received any tracking code from DPD.

Could be waiting forever. I’ve been waiting since the 26th December for mine!! Rang EE on the 9/1/26 and got told the order went through fine and would receive the phone the following Monday or Tuesday and still had nothing. Then on the Wednesday, nearly 3 weeks later, got told it was actually stuck on a reserve line the whole time and the order never went through so I had to start all over again and pay another upfront cost. As it was then a new order I’ve been told it’s gonna be another 2 weeks, don’t even want the phone anymore at this rate !!!!

i’m actually gobsmacked. i hope this hasn’t happened to me😭 i have the order confirmation and stuff so i pray it actually comes.

Wow that is awful! I hope that hasn’t happened to me, I’ll be fuming if I have to pay the upfront cost again. Hopefully you get your order soon

I’m going through similar, ordered mine on 7th January and have still had nothing. Called EE yesterday and the lady on the phone told me there was a back log with the phone I ordered, and that it should be here on the 21st Jan if not before. She also said I’d be refunded the postage money. I hope it does come soon because I’m sick of waiting now!

I’ve been rang ee customer service as my 14 days is up tomorrow and the dispatch dates have changed from 14 days to 21 days. Looks like another week of bloody waiting arghhhhh!!!

I had a look on EE website just to see what the dispatch time says and it says “usually dispatched within 7 days” when I looked the other day it said 21🤔 why can’t they just be straightforward and communicate

I thanked him for being honest. He asked me if I wanted to swap it for the blue one as that’s in stock but I said I’ve waited 2 weeks I mays we’ll wait another week the colour I wanted. Think we are all getting impatient. If I knew it was going to take this long I would of gone elsewhere

I didn’t even think the phone would still be in high demand as it’s been out for a few months now. It’s a shame really because I’ve been with EE for years and never had an issue.

I ordered on the 7th Jan, EE said it should be here on the 21st, if not before. Was the IPhone 17 pro max 256GB in stock when I ordered? The tracking is still showing as not dispatched.

I have rang and they said it can take another 21 days. If your not upgrading Tesco are doing them for next day delivery
