I upgraded my phone via the app on Monday and have received no updates since the confirmation email, so I have been waiting 5 days (email stated phone dispatched within 3 days) with no updates, phone or any other information.
I am also unable to track the order via the app/ website
please can someone update me on this?

Hi @Hlss
You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 for an update and tracking number. Once you have the tracking number you can use it here: https://ee.co.uk/help/orders
You should also download the DPD app as you will need a pin for the driver.
