Ordered iPhone 14 pro 128g in black 5 days ago had confirmation email with order number but heard nothing since but my account has been updated with new data

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

When did the plan change? 

Have you downloaded the DPD app to see if they have any deliveries scheduled for the delivery address? 

You can use the email address and postcode to check.

plan changed Friday had no email about delivery done dpd app but nothing there tried ringing 150 can’t get through
