Did a upgrade 5 days ago only had one email with order number was a iPhone 14 pro tracking doesn’t work either

When did the plan change? 

Have you downloaded the DPD app to see if they have any deliveries scheduled for the delivery address? 

You can use the email address and postcode to check.

Plan changed on Friday ordered phone Wednesday I will do the dpd app as well
