I was contacted by EE a while ago about upgrading my contract and was told I would be sent a tablet as part of the upgrade. It has been over a month now and I still haven’t received my tablet and can’t find any way to track it?

@gonnabemeg Does your account show you as having 2 lines in your account? As the tablet will have its own contract.
Have you called customer services about this ? No one here can see your account as this isn’t customer services.
