Nreal glasses order not shipped

Hi, I ordered a set of the Nreal Air glasses 2 weeks ago, but have had no confirmation of them being sent out or anything. The order page said should be dispatched within 14 days, but I have had no notifications since then. Any ideas? Has anyone else had this problem?

Did you get a confirmation email when you placed your order?

 

You should get a text from DPD when your order is ready to be delivered.
